Group work....some doubts
Št, 2009-06-25 10:52 — Sara DanelonI have some doubts about the work undertaken with the group. As the italian group is very excited and participants want to do...to share and show they knowledge what I think we need to add in the documents it is not only a planning about they need to learn but also a planning/personal training plan to teach to others how to do something and....as I'm following they start at the contrary, not knowing what they need to learn but showing before what they know and on doing it they find out what they need to learn (e.g. the use of the video camera, how to cut videos, how to speak or write in a proper language)...I think, before forcing them to think about what they want to learn, why don't start just doing????? Than, as from my group thinks happens and curiosity or neccessity of knowing it is coming slowly slowy. That is why I need to find out a way how they can declare also their subjects to teach not only to learn........Sara

Italian group
St, 2009-06-24 12:10 — Sara DanelonI have already discuss with the italian group about the project. 1 month ago I was showing them all the documents related to their involvement in the project. First of all we discussed in group about what and who knows some content to share with the other participants, so we did a list of persons keen on some interesting subjects. Because the subjects where too much and some activities could be dangerous for the students to follow (e.g. do honey for the bees reason). The group thinks that those subjects could be also showed in the future not only to the group participants but also to other external participants, organizing for example a group of young learners from the primary school.
I found a responsible for the group, the segretary of the association, to whom I gave some of questionnaires to be filled. Internally in the group they will speak about it and today in the evening I will met them to see the results and discuss about their personal involvment one per one.
Let us see what happens!
