Evaluation/Quality Management

The monitoring and evaluation of the project results will measure not only the satisfaction of every partner but also the effectiveness of the educational and good practice transfer process and the efficiency of the management.
All of the participants/partners involved (teachers, mentors, moderators and project staff) will participate in the process of evaluation, which will reflect the points of view of the direct and indirect addressees of the project, over and above those of the project manager. During the two-year project, an external evaluator will collaborate with this WP partner to better monitor all the project activities. The name of external evaluator is LORELLA BARON her contact lorella.baron@alice.it. The external evaluator will join the project meetings. The evaluation and monitoring process will also help the management of the project activities during the project life, because it permits to better know the direct and indirect beneficiaries satisfaction and better give quality to them.
The aim of the evaluation is to support the improvement of methods by applying a monitoring approach, guarantee the correct fulfilment of project tasks and aims, measure the degree of effectiveness of the “Doing2Learn” methodology, find out differences between countries in the results of the same activity to have a European vision of the same problems, establish procedures to face delays in the development of the outcomes or inappropriate partner performance (that helps the management of the project).
The successful transfer of the mentoring and communication skills and the experience to be part of a community group will have long term impact on beneficiaries of the project. The concrete outcome will be the quality and evaluation plan and the evaluation report.
The quality and evaluation plan will include a framework to be completed during the whole project life and has to have the approval of every partner. To collect information partners are asked to fill in:
 
a) questionnaire to determine the level of satisfaction with the management;
b) questionnaire to determine the level of satisfaction with the organisation and efficiency of the services, in respect with every workpackage;
c) questionnaire to determine the level of satisfaction with the community groups. 
 
All the questionnaires will be available on-line.
 
Every partner will fill in every questionnaire, which will be collected by the leader of this WP saradanelon@coopcramars.it who will constantly communicate the results to the project leader to better monitor the partner activities and the beneficiaries satisfaction.
