What are web pages?

A web page is a resource of information that is suitable for the World Wide Web (www) and can be accessed through a web browser and displayed on a screen.

A web page can contain text, images, audio and attached documents.

The web pages contains external links that take you to other Web pages that deal with the similar subject or prepare further information. For example, when you read an article on the Wikipedia website, you have external links at the end of the page that let you access to other sites for more information.
