Stapler: You need an electric or pneumatic stapler with a long nose stapling various materials.
Chisel: For chiselling and cutting the surface of wood.

Carpenter pencil: to mark the axes of the chair.
Pins: To hold and mark on foam and fabric.
Wooden mallet: This is a round wooden hammer.
Tape measure to make measurements.
A pair of scissors: A professional pair of scissors is practical, but you just need a pair that cuts well.
Tack remover: To remove the tacks.
Pliers
Glue gun: A glue gun allows to evenly distribute the glue on the foam. You can also use a brush.
A pair of compasses: You can also take a measuring tape to measure the axes.
Upholstery hammer: Also called a tack hammer. It can be magnetised to easily catch the tacks. The head of the tacks is held my the magnet.
Foam cutter: To cut the foam to the desired size. You can also use an electric carving knife.
Tacks: These are small nails with a flat head.
Upholstery staple lifter: To pull out staples if you need to redo them.
Regulator: To smooth the fabric in the corners.
Webbing stretcher/Webbing pliers: To tighten the strapping.
