I just read Lorella's final report, she really hit the nail on the head: our weak points in that project were communication, common dissemination, respect of deadlines and the project management. This weaknessess influenced deeply my enhusiasm about the project even though, I got very good response from our local participants.

Time for reflections, after two years of a very lively and intensive project work.
We had a good time together, we were able to deal in a good way with all the challenges and not so good things which came up during that time. This project, from my point of view, is a rare example of fruitful exchange of ideas, mutual respect and honesty. We had an open atmosphere, were criticism was allowed and really welcomed, and I guess each of us did a step in personal development.
Our learners sensed our good vibrations and were motivated by us to be engaged in a very active way.

I am doing these European educational projects since 2003 and in most of the projects we were responsible for the ICT part. For me, it's a crucial basic competence to learn to discover the sense and meaning of modern ICT tools, learn to deal with and use them.

Learners were asked if they would like to continue in learning.

I attach the draft of evaluation plan I am working on. I asked Camilla for some documents and I ask you all to upload your interim reports on line on the web site (only Cristine already did). In the document I put a table in which I tried to compare what you wrote in the application and what you actually did up to now. I got most of infos from the web site so may be they are not updated!!! I ask for comments before I stardt the final writing of the mid term evaluation report. Bye

I would like to upload the evalution plan and also to upload the 1st questionnaire for partners. Speaking with Camilla we find out useful to have a first evaluation questionnaire from partners to see if everybody knows about the project, which are the questions and doubt. Results could be useful for leading partner to organize contents also for next meeting in Italy. What do you think about?question for Christine  I thried to add some info into evaluation/quality management without success could we add some parts in the internal side? And do you think will be useful to add the questionnaire on line of better if every partner have just the word version? (I think this solution would be easier)
