preserve the jam

If the jam is ready, it must immediately fill in a glass. Beware, the jam is very hot!
Before closing the glasses, we clean the seam. After screwing the glasses, put them down on a plate and let them cool down. After cooling, you need to check if all the glasses are really closed.
Store the jam in a cool, dark place.
Eat the jam until next summer.
