Hi Christine

My colleague Susannah has been trying to sign in to the site but is having difficulty. It says it already recognises her but wont accept her password. Can you reset her membership, she needs to be one of the Bangor partner staff just like Sheila. Thanks ever so much.

Susannah is not registered on our site. At first, she has to create an account before she can sign in.
