Yesterday, 20th July 2009 we met with Cesare and Lucia to record a video about how to do honey. It was really interesting, I didn't know that Cesare had so high knowledge about it. He was explaining all the procedure and we had a great fun apart from the fear of the bees menacing all around but....we were protected.

We are waiting for the ICT modules ready to learn how to upload the video on line and share this video with all other project participants. Sara

you have done some wonderful work and it also seems that all the participants are having lot of fun while learning in later life Smiling I will meet up with my group week 34 to discuss the topics that they would like to share online.

Well done Sara, sounds great! You can see we have Sheila and Emlyn making blackberry wine and Haf will be creating flower arrangements next week; in October Ann Dwyer will be making celebration cards! We have other skills to film, photograph and record over the next few weeks. See you all very soon.
