How to do Apple Frittelle?

The preparation of the dough to achieve the frittelle with apples is the same as the frittelle of sage. 

Realization of the frittelle with apples: 

Heat the oil in a pan for a moment on your gas.

Disposed the apple slices in the dough. Once drained, put the apples into the boiling oil.

Cook one side of the apple slice and then turn to the other side both for few seconds, in order to gild them.

Drain it with a blotting paper to remove the oil.

To have a better taste, sprinkle these frittelle with icing sugar.

This dessert is typically for winter, it can be eaten hot or cold you can add to the end of your preparation, other ingredients than sugar, such as cinnamon.
