How to do mint and lemon-balm Frittelle?

The preparation of the dough to achieve the frittelle of mint and lemon-balm is the same as the frittelle with apples but the herbs leaves has to be mixed in the dough.

In the dough which is prepared, add an equal amount of mint leaves and lemon-balm. 

Realization of the Frittelle with sage and lemon-balm: 

Cook the oil in a pan it must be very hot.

Using a spoon, place a dab of the dough in oil. To do this, we must ensure that the oil has not cooled. Using a vast spoon give a rounded form to your frittelle. Cook one side of the leaf and then turn to the other side both for few seconds, in order to gild them. Drain it with a blotting paper to remove the oil. To have a better taste, sprinkle these frittelle with icing sugar.

These frittelle are traditional and have a taste of freshness and remain digestive. The lemon-balm softens the taste of mint and these two flavours give to this dessert an excellent taste.
