How to do frittelle of sage?

Cook the oil in a pan it must be very hot.

Disposed the sage leaves in the dough. Once drained, put the leaves into the boiling oil.

Cook one side of the leaf with oil and then turn to the other side both for few seconds, in order to gild these.

Drain it with a blotting paper to remove the oil.

To have a better taste sprinkle these frittelle with icing sugar.

You will get a fresh dessert that,also if cooked with oil, gives a nice digestive taste!
