Berta our cook group, invites you to discover the frittelle, which are “Pancakes”: 

It is possible to make several varieties of frittelle. We will learn how to make three varieties of them used as a dessert in Carnia, which is a territory of the Friuli region, in Italy. We will learn how to make frittelle of sage, frittelle of apples, and frittelle with mint and lemon-balm.
