Mentoring Handbook

This handbook is intended as a support and source of inspiration for mentors and mentees. A mentoring programme creates a win-win situation for both the mentee and the mentor, it offers an area for dialogue, reflection and insight. More and more people and companies have realized that the younger generation must succeed the retiring generations. Mentoring offers the knowledge and experiences from the older generation to be passed on.
